This bhatti includes two Indian-style burners and one Chinese high-speed burner, all mounted on a sturdy SS body with a flat working surface. The Indian burners are ideal for preparing dals, curries, rice, and gravies, featuring medium-high flame control and dual-ring brass or cast iron design. These burners deliver a flame output of approximately 25,000 to 30,000 BTU, ensuring consistent heating while conserving fuel. On the other hand, the Chinese burner delivers a powerful 55,00060,000 BTU, specially designed for wok cooking, deep frying, and fast-paced operations like tossing and stir-frying.
